GOLD COACHING PROGRAM
This program includes one on one, hour long person training sessions that are fully customized to your fitness needs and goals. These can be virtual or in person depending on location. Minimum of 1 session per week required.
PLATINUM FITNESS PROGRAM
This program includes one on one, hour long person training sessions that are fully customized to your fitness needs and goals. In addition to the hour long sessions, you will receive weekly fitness routines (based off the schedule set with the trainer) to do on your own, movement videos to go with the routine, and mobile coaching throughout the week delivered through your Google Drive account. Minimum of 2 sessions per week required.
DIAMOND TOTAL WELLNESS PROGRAM
This program was created to help develop total customized wellness for each client depending on their lifestyle, committed time, fitness level, injuries and more. The Diamond Total Wellness Program consists of one on one personal training sessions and individual workouts to be done without the trainer based on the clients goals. It addition, it includes customized meal plans, recipes, grocery lists and mindset coaching. Mindset coaching will include daily check in’s with the trainer, podcasts, and a open online journal shared through google drive in order to have efficient communication when the trainer is not in person with each client.

WHO IS YOUR COACH?
Jessica Caruso, the founder of Fearless Fitness Society, is a certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Lvl 1 Coach, and online Wellness Coach. Since moving from New York City to the beautiful Southern California coast in 2014, Jess has helped clients of from a variety of ages and fitness levels push through their personal boundaries and achieve their highest goals.
She specializes in helping men and women with weight loss and muscle toning through fitness, nutrition, and a fearless mindset.
She has also helped thousands of others clients in a variety of group fitness classes… everything from high intensity boot camps to low intensity barre and stretching workshops.
When Jess is not with clients she enjoys spending time in San Diego, developing new healthy recipes and playing with her beagle, Isla!
